Young man murdered his pregnant girlfriend, found his girlfriend had a rich father, and became her sister's boyfriend

90's or ealier movie. Movie starts as a young boy watching out of a window in the house near train track.

A girl bought a pair of new shoes to meet her boyfriend at the top of a building. Her boyfriend murdered her by pushing her off the building, disguising as a suicide. Later the young man found his former girlfriend came from a rich family, and started to pursue her sister. He pretended to be the son of a diplomat (got the idea from a driver who gave him a ride).

When his new girlfriend (sister of the girl being murdered) visited his old home near the train track, she found some evidence about the murder or her sister. The man tried to grab the girl. The girl ran out, crossed two train tracks after a train passed by, but the man was killed by the train coming from an opposite direction (being shielded by the first train).
