Shot in Eastern Europe - vampire movie? - guy dies but female vampire? uses time travel to bring him back

I remember seeing this, not expecting much, but being pleasantly surprised.  Main characters were a young man and woman - I think the woman was very attractive and possibly a vampire (or maybe she had a curse or something on her).  I seem to recall the guy is trying to rescue her or something and near the end of the movie the guy falls on a piece of wood or stake or something, impaling him, and the vampire female does something to make him relive that time period (last few minutes) helping him avoid being impaled.  The whole thing I think was shot in an Eastern European country.  Likely in the 2000s.

This isn't "edge of tomorrow" is it?

No, but thanks for helping.  That one is too new and isn't a vampire/cursed thing (unless you count the alien thing that makes Cruise go all Groundhog Day.  :-)

It could have been from TV:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Life Serial

or
Angel: Time Bomb

If a movie, perhaps:
Hellraiser: Inferno (2000) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0229440/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

Those are the only ones I could find that have "time loops" and possibly vampires, but these are not uncommon now:

Time loops and people getting impaled, besides Edge of Tomorrow, could be Donnie Darko (impaled by an airplane) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0246578/?ref_=nv_sr_1 or Triangle: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1187064/?ref_=rvi_tt

It's not TV; definitely a movie.  None of the ones offered so far...  it wouldn't be a well-known movie.  Kind of a B movie budget and as I said was shot in Eastern Europe with what looked to be mostly actors from that area.
The German WE ARE THE NIGHT.
