90's thriller - woman handcuffs man to bed posts and leaves, man escapes by unscrewing the top of the posts using his legs

It is probably a late 80's or 90's crappy (erotic?) thriller movie.

In the scene I remember, a woman seduces a man, gets on top of him on the bed, handcuffs his hands to the bed posts (each hand to a different bed post) and leaves the room.

If I remember correctly the woman plans to turn the man into the police (he might be suspected of a murder). The man uses his legs to turn the top of the bed post to unscrew it and then escapes.

I vaguely remember there might be some double/doppelganger/parallel universe motif in the movie (a female double) but I'm really not sure about that.
