Film where a man cheats on his girlfriend with dying woman

I don't remember much about the movie, but I think it's a TV Film. This woman an her boyfriend move into this blonde woman's house to take care of her or something, as she's dying. The boyfriend ends up falling in love with and having an affair with her until she dies. I feel like it's from the 90's but I can't remember. The woman has short blonde hair, I wanna say she's in her 40's, she's older than the girl and her boyfriend. I don't remember much else that happens, but it's driving me crazy!

"Under Heaven" aka "In the Shadows" (1998)

From IMDb: Cynthia and Buck are a young couple with little but love. Soon, Cynthia drops Buck. Setting out on her own, Cynthia gets a job caring for rich but terminally ill Eleanor. Buck comes back into the picture, and Cynthia persuades him to charm the self-conscious Eleanor in order to gain favors in her will. What ensues is an intense love triangle, a passionate example of the redeeming power of love and forgiveness.

Thank you so much, you have no idea how crazy it was making me, I couldn't find any information anywhere. I have to see this movie again! Thanks again!
You're welcome! Thanks for the BA and Gold Star=}

I've seen this film a couple of times and always enjoy it. It is rather obscure.
