Man disguised as woman escapes from prison.

Woman & possibly child visit man in prison a number of times. Possibly child used to smuggle clothes/cosmetics. Man dresses as Woman & escapes. Possibly 70's film/tv film. Possibly foreign jail? Almost positive it is not 'Escape' Dwight Worker?

It was a TV movie (on CBS?) about a guy who got caught smuggling drugs from Mexico inside his body cast, pretty sure it was called 'Escape'. He dressed up as a lady on visitor's day and got out. Supposedly based on a true story.

This true story was also made into an episode of Locked Up Abroad , which aired on the National Geographic channel.
Thank you so much. I have known about Escape for a few years but never watched it as it never mentioned the little girl. I honestly didn't think that was it...but it is!!
Silly me, thank you again!
Thank you very much, I will look at that also
