Old black and white movie where wife commits suicide but frames husband

Old black and white movie about a husband and wife.  The wife eventually kills herself (she was dieing anyway) but makes it look like the husband murdered her.  I think that the title is the woman's name but can't recall it for the life of me.

The first movie to come to mind was "Leave Her to Heaven"(1945)

or maybe "The Late Edwina Black"(1951) aka "The Obsessed"

There are probably many others with that plot, do you have any other details?

The tidbit that it's a woman's name makes me mildly confident that you're referring to Rebecca
