Eurpean film like "You've Got Mail"

Firstly, before I go further I need to say that this is the sort of question that only someone who has seen the film and remembers the title or one of actors would know the answer to because i don't have any specific information that enables me to narrow down my search so I can easily find it. The film is european, it's french or german i think, I might be wrong. It came out in the 90's.

it's about some man in his 30-40's who strikes up a online relationship with a woman in her 20's who is university student, however she doesn't reveal her appearance until the end of the movie when they decide to meet up in person at a cinema. The woman got to know this man through his work as a radio dj and a trumpet or saxophone player that plays at nightclubs. When they decide to meet she tells him that she will be spotted holding one of his LP albums. The film kind of sounds like You've Got Mail but it's quite different.

This is all the information I have on the film. I'm sorry, I only saw it once in the mid-late nighties on television in Australian on sbs. I vaguely remember the titled being something like "two loves one heart" or " two souls one love" something roughly along those lines. However remember it's a european film, so the title most likely would be in another language. I think the film was french or german though I have no real idea.

Like I said this information is useless unless you've seen the film then you know the one i'm talking about. If I had information on any of the actors, director, year, country etc I wouldn't have bothered posting here because I would have already found it just filtering my search on
If you think you know the one I am talking about then please reply. Remember like I said I don't have any more information other than what I have already given, sorry. This one is a real mystery I would love answered.
