Looking for the name of old school probably American family TV series

The only thing I remember was big family just moved in to a new neighbourhood, they has no furniture and they were using toilet seats as a chairs.  It was comedy and the main actor was blond boy . I guess from the period 1991 -2005.

I dug pretty hard and can't find this. I suspect it was a sitcom from the late 80s to early 2ks (I altered the range a tad), but it eludes me with that scene. It may be best to do an advanced search on imdb checking tv series then comedy and the year range. Otherwise a google image search may be due, checking for forgotten or family 90s sitcoms with or without other key words. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
Thank you . I will keep searching.
