1980-2000's cartoon about young girl asleep in garden and dreams about classical music

A little girl goes to a greenhouse in her parents or grandparents garden and falls asleep. She has a dream where she wakes up in this tiny flower and there are these black music note things dancing around her. It's full of classical instrumental music and strange creatures like fairies, and flower people, and little black music notes or they may be seeds. I just can't remember.
