This is not the movie. It was not a famous actor known in America. It reminded me more of the restaurant scene in the anime series samurai champloo where he fights off the thugs being rude. He was also a roaming samurai with both arms
Was he blind ?
No not that I'm aware of. It was also in color and looked like a decent movie. And I think the movie had the word hero in the title but it wasn't the movie called hero
I knew nobody could help me. I really need this movie in my life. I only seen a scene of it on Facebook and I tried to back track to find it but never could!! Dangit!!
