UK remedial kids go to the country and get slaughtered by inbred locals

Set in UK somewhere rural. Three or four remedial kids and two teachers go to a farmhouse type place to strip stuff from old trains. After an evening in the local pub they get locked in cages and then a cellar by locals. One of them is openly butchered. The locals put on a weird show with a weird, heavily made-up "ringmaster" - there's a guy with a ferret who's not allowed to go because of "what happened last time". The audience of locals are wearing protective stuff and are showered with liquid manure. It's a bit weird...
