Foreign Horror Film 2000's Man Sees Boy Being Abused On His TV, Pig Mask

This is a horror film I saw in the mid 2000's, I think and I believe it was in Spanish, but now I'm not sure of the language. The plot is about a man who is losing his mind and he keeps seeing images broadcast on his television of a young boy being abused by his parents. He tries to find the identity of the boy to save him. At some point he finds a secret passage from his home into the place where the boy is, I think. There's also some weird dream imagery of a man wearing a pig mask. The man is married or has a fiance. At some point I think the man is locked in an insane asylum but he gets out. The film is non-linear and you never know what is real or not. He sees the boy kills his abusive parents on the TV and then at some point towards the end, he murders his wife and parents at a dinner table and it's revealed that the abused boy he'd been seeing were flashbacks of himself as a kid.
