Film re; divorce

I am trying to find a black & white film (1950’s) I think. A wealthy woman charades as a cleaning lady whilst divorcing lazy husband to prevent him from benefiting from her wealth. She enters a hotel in her posh clothes and leaves via the kitchen dressed in working clothes eg: apron and ragged dress to convince divorce judge she is just a poor penniless char lady. The judge grants her divorce, she leaves court, goes back to hotel via kitchen changes her clothes back into her posh clothes and leaves hotel via lobby and climbs into a chauffeur driven rolls Royce.....the end.
