Charles Bronson killing thugs with single shots as they let off hundreds of rounds

Possibly 80's/90's film. Possibly in underground car park/storage unit? I remember there's a chain fence that the baddies are shooting from. Baddies are letting off automatic machine guns at Bronson & he's picking them off one by one with single shots from hand gun. Caused a lot of laughing at the time & would love to savour it again. Almost sure it's not one of the death wish series, but could be?
