Vampire comedy from 1980s

This may be 2 movies. The opening scene has a girl running through the woods. She's being chased by a freddyKruger, jason, and pinhead knockoffs. They chase her into a cave and the girl walks out soon later unscathed, revealing herself to be a vampire. The rest of the movie deals with an older man and a younger man tracking down Dracula. Dracula is trying to revive a demon monster or something. I only recall a couple scenes. One is the older guy recalling his first vampire encounter. It shows a flashback of him in a car with a girl. He gives her a drink from his flask and her mouth starts bleeding. He then turns to the camera and says, "holywater, dont leave home without it." Another scene is the younger guy says he has an idea, a lightbulb appears above his head, and he points to the lightbulb, like see.
