Do you recognize this music video?

Date: It's about 10-15 years old.

Genre: Don't know, maybe pop, something fast paced.

Language: English.

It's set in an office building, where three people are competing in an office chair race.

I think the competitors are the members of the band. One of them is a curly haired woman who is applying makeup during the race. Another is a blond guy, who wins and I think he's the lead singer. The only info I have about the third person is that it's a guy.

It could be that the entire video had a chequered stripe at the top and the bottom.

And maybe a number between 13 and 19 (something ending with "-teen") was in the name of the band or the name of the song or just in the lyrics.
