Horror, a woman's entire family is murdered

Date: The questioner seen it about 5-10 years ago and it wasn't brand new even then.
Genre: Horror, thriller.
Country of origin: Most likely the U.S.

The protagonist is a woman who's family has been murdered.
When it happened, she might have been a litte girl or a young adult.
Later she is employed as a nanny or housemaid, she has to take care of two siblings (a boy and a girl).
Later it seems that the killer is at large again, somebody starts to kill teenagers in town. Close to the house where she works, there is a wooden cottage (?) where a man lives - a former employee of the family she is working for - who is suspected to be the killer by some.

Two scenes:
A young couple is making out on a train, headed for the town, when they are killed.
A young guy is killed in some sort of a Jeep or a SUV, parked on a clearing.

Near the end of the movie it's revealed that the woman was the killer all along, the trauma of losing her family caused her to become schizophrenic and the new personality was committing the murders.
She gets killed eventually by one of the siblings (the girl) she was watching over as a nanny. (The boy didn't make it.)

The very end probably shows this surviving girl getting a psychiatric evaluation and she appears to be traumatized in a similar way the protagonist was.
The movie might have took place on an island.

It's not The Uninvited (2009).

I cannot seem to find this one. are we thinking straight to dvd or tv  movie, maybe?
It was either on a Hungarian tv channel (Film+) or the Hungarian version of the Paramount Channel.

In a Dark Place

An art teacher is hired as nanny for 2 orphans, a boy and girl, at a huge, isolated country estate. The nanny starts seeing dead, former employees. Is she mad or is the estate haunted?
