80s/early 90s Horror/Comedy Film about a teen and his zombie friend (Maybe two zombie friends)

I remember the main character's friend or friends dying and then he goes and steals the body/bodies from the morgue and they come back to life somehow. He is with a female friend I believe during this. And during the scene where he gets the body/bodies from the morgue, something happens and he lets go of the gurney with the body on it and it goes for a ride on its own. That's about all I can remember from the film besides him having to hide it from his parents.

"C.H.U.D. II : Bud the C.H.U.D." (1989)?

The trailer from YouTube is posted below and you can get  a quick glimpse of a gurney rolling away at 11 seconds into it.

And here is the entire movie from YouTube.

It's not. I just watched that the other day thinking it was the right one and while it shares some of the qualities, it still isn't it. Thank you though.
"Return of the Living Dead II" (1988)?
Dylan Dog?

Edit: saw this was too late of a year. similar scense here just in case decade wrong
Hate to say it, but that's not it either.
It wasn't "Return of the Living Dead 2" either?
Negative. It's something lesser known, I'm sure.
Hi zone_tripper, I changed my answer because I think C.H.U.D. II : Bud the C.H.U.D. might be the one.
Well... I'm mad at myself. I have seen the first C.H.U.D. film many times, but the second I suppose I only watched the one time. This is definitely the movie I was looking for. I just checked. Thank you Cinemaster!
Great!Thank you.
