Rich guy becomes homeless (it's one of those, but elusive)

Country of origin: Unknown, mostly Caucasian actors.
Date: It aired on a Hungarian tv channel with Hungarian dubbing 4-5 years ago.
Genre: I think it could be a romantic movie rather than a comedy.

So a wealthy guy becomes homeless, he grows a beard, the actor becomes unrecognizable.
He ends up under a bridge where a woman finds him, he doesn't remember how he got there and the woman decides to take him in to her home. She has a child, probably a son. Everybody in her immediate circle is against her decision.
The guy gets cleaned up, she bathes him, cuts his beard.
In the end, the guy gets back his money and they live happily ever after together.
The questioner thought that the rich guy was played by George Clooney.
It's not Curly Sue or The Fisher King.

It's not Taking Care of Business or Down and Out in Beverly Hills, is it?
I've forwarded your suggestions, but no reply yet.
