Movie with a hitman probably Asian

So I saw this movie long time ago, and I cant remember its name. Was hoping in this large group someone might know it.

It's about a hitman.
He uses a single person to run his errands when his scouting his target. Then kills the the errands boy at the end of his hit cause hes a loose end.
But in his final hit, he doesn't. I think he saves him? Also I think the movie was in an asian country but american actors.

Solid details:
Hitman shoots himself in the head along with a target in a car in the final scene.
He gave the errands boy a currency with an x mark on it and told him to give it to a stripper with the x facing up so she can give him a dossier.
