A camping movie where a fat kid argues with the camp's head cook.

This is an american film from either 80s or early 90s. There's only one scene I remember. A group of kids arrive at camp, and at their 1st meal, this fat kid is disgusted by the food. I remember a statement that they were serving eggs that came from cans. Next thing I remember is the fat kid going to the cook and complaining about the terrible food. The cook gets defensive and tells stories about how he cooked in the army for hundreds of men and never got complaints.

xfinity and directv seem to have it, but not sure how to see them. I will add other film possibilites tonight just to mark off any other doubts...as I was looking at A Pigs Tale, it brought up the Nickelodeon show "Salute Your Shorts". I know we think this is a movie, but if we had to branch out, that might not be a bad possibility...
While you are looking for Pigs Tale, let's try "Wilder Summer".

You wouldn't happen to be talking about "Return to Sleepaway Camp" would you?

Also, here is some screenshots from "A Pig's Tale" that might help you.

I appreciate all the help. I'm pretty sure it's the wilder summer. It's from the right decade, it has a fat kid in it, and an eccentric cook that used to serve in the military. I wasnt able to find that particular scene in the YouTube version I found. But, imdb has a runtime of 54 minutes. The one on youtube is only around 31 minutes.
An option I think most of us have forgotten to use nowadays is the library when looking for these old films. Especially in this case, when you don't know if you want the film, but just to watch and and see if it's the right one. Perhaps utilize this route to see if you can track down "Wilder Summer".
