Korean Show

I only saw the first episode a few years ago.

Its about a poor brother and sister and her rich friend. The siblings mother dies on the way to the hospital in the car.The rich friend is either in a relationship with the brother or likes him.  The brother gives the friend a ride and they get into a crash that makes her lose her memory. Her mother never approve i think of her being with the brother so she takes her away. It's a few years a later when i think the sister see her friend again.

I know "Secret Garden" has the opposite rolls, but close to plot you describe. Any chance that is it?
