Scene in which a family is having dinner and they talk about how the younger kid got bullied but his older brother protected him. The father got angry and talked about sheep and wolf and he said "I didn't raise sheep, in this house we are wolves" or something like that, and he said it while taking off his belt.

I believe the scene is set somewhere between the '40s and the '90s.
