Movie about wife swapping going wrong.

Date: 1980-2008.
Genre: Thriller, crime.
Country of origin: No info, but mostly Caucasian actors.

Two married couple decide to do a wife swap for the sake of sexual novelty. It goes well, they do it again. But after that, couple A doesn't want to continue and couple B it not happy with this.
Couple B than gives a television set to couple A as a gift which is accompanied by a tape, which turns out to be a recording of one of their "meetings", essentially threatening couple A with exposure.
The young kids of couple A happen to be there when their mother checks out the tape and she smashes up the whole television set in front of her children.
There is a scene where the female of couple B kind of forces herself on the male of couple A in an elevator.
In the end, couple B gets into a car accident, they are injured but alive, although stuck in their car. Then comes couple A and sets them on fire, killing them.

Wow! Isn't it weird that of all the movies out there, certain movies you end up identifying more than once? (This happened to me too once or twice).
I guess these flicks leave a mark in people's mind, make them search for it later,
and if they're lucky, VHS might be there to point the way. :)
