What is the mame of a pre-1978 movie about a rebel angel incarnated as a young girl?

I am just trying to find out the name of this film.  I only remember some scenes of this movie (supernatural genre), which had to have been produced before 1978, and very likely no earlier than 1975.  The movie has a sort of supernatural/thriller/occult/religious feel to it, but not of the silly Omen/Damien or (even worse) Left Behind sort; it was a bit more sophisticated than that both in concept and presentation.

Here are the scenes I remember:

(1) the main character, a girl of about ten years age, is running down a long hall in a house and is able to open and close doors psychokinetically; she is either chasing or evading someone.

(2) at one point she tells her parents (with manipulative guile, and much to their chagrin) that she would like to have a baby brother; they laughed somewhat embarrassedly at her question.

(3) in the final scene of the movie, she is "brought back into the fold" in a scene that appears to take place in "heaven" (a Jesus-like figure is ministering to children), by a butler-like figure, who remarks to the "Jesus-like" figure regarding the returned girl-angel "She thought I wanted to hurt her."
