80s movie starring Michael Keaton where he works at a newspaper outlet

For the life of me the name of the movie eludes me. An 80s movie starring Michael Keaton, he works as an editor at a newspaper outlet, i believe in New York.

 

Part of the story line is he is offered a job at a rival news outlet. Also, his wife seems to come to his work a lot.
