A movie where a brother dies instead of his sister or the other way around (not sure).

I really don't remember much about this movie. It might even have been a tv-show. I just remember a brother and a sister, where I think the brother dies, when it should have been the sister. It could be the other way around. I also remember the sister driving in a truck with another boy going to a house to apologize. I might be wrong about some of this. Maybe the person who dies is not even related to the girl, but I remember them fighting and one of them runs out into the street and dies. And somehow it was changed so it was the boy (I think). I really don't remember much more..

In "Three Days", a husband and wife argue. The woman is hit by a car when trying to save a neighbor's dog. An angel gives him three days to live over but warns him the outcome will be the same. However, I think the husband decides to rescue the dog and be hit in order for her to survive.

It has the same storyline as "If Only", in which they argue and she's killed when the taxi she is in is hit. He also takes her place so that she can live.

But, I can't think of a brother and sister in that situation. It sounds as if you're describing such a "do over".
