Western movie from early 80's

The movie is from early 80's (or possibly late 70's).

It is a comedy western. It starts out where these guys are attending a VD clinic & the doctor talks about getting a hot needle. Guys are jumping out windows, etc during the treatment.

Not much to go on, but it was quite a good movie.

I'm sure about this but maybe it's "The Great Scout and Cathouse Thursday"; a 1976 comedy western with Lee Marvin. It has a syringe scene as you described, with a guy punching Lee Marvin's character through a display window.

Thank you for reply.

I will try to find the movie online.
Lrcamer, did you watch the movie, was it your movie? Please give us a feedback, if you read this. Thanks!
Hello casspir,

I did watch movie & it was the correct movie. The scene I remembered was about 2/3 way through movie, so I was wondering for a little while if it was the correct movie.

Movie was very enjoyable to watch, They do not make them like that any more.

Thank you for your assistance in helping me find it.
