Woman cheats on husband, bunch of sex scenes

It was a blonde women (I think) running through the rain, scrapes knee, guy takes her to apartment and fixes her up while she's on phone with husband. One scene they are fucking in bathroom and husbands friend sees them while paying the check. Another scene husband kills the lover with his anniversary present, wraps him in a rug and dumps him in a land fill. please name it !

"Unfaithful" starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane

It's actually a remake of a French film  called "La femme infidèle"  directed by Claude Chabrol (France's Alfred Hitchcock) which is also very good.
