Name of movie where children/teens are taken captive and trained to fight one another.

A bunch of teenagers are taken away and forced to learn how to fight against each other. One kid tries to run away and gets shot in the back. Later, the main kid fights against the woman that organized everything. I think there were some fighting scenes where someone was fighting while blind, or blindfolded.

Do you have any idea of the date this movie was released? Is it new or old? Is it in color? Is it foreign possibly?
Could this have been a movie like "Battle Royale"?
Here's another suggestion:

"Naked Weapon" (2002)
"Chek law dak gung" (original title)
