Foreign film where girl whos going to a small school or camp on the edge of a lake or ocean has relationship issues with one of the boys, ends with a woman (probably a teacher) holding her while she cried next to the ocean

I only caught the last half of the movie. The top two names in the credits were Christine and Mia. In one scene, she watching boys splash in the waves, and she runs into the ocean. In another, she walks through the woods and sees someone hit a deer, but the deer gets up after the person who hits it touches it and it runs away. I think the main character is having relationship issues with one of the boys at the school or camp. It was a foreign film, there were subtitles but i couldn't catch what language it was, maybe german or some language similar to it.
