Black and white film about man unsure if wife is trying to kill him

From what I remember, the movie was about a young man who falls in love with a Baroness or Countess in Europe (or HE could have been a young Baron or Count).  He then begins to suspect she is trying to kill him for his money.  There was one point where he thought he was being poisoned by her, but he wakes up out of a fever, and she tells him that he had meningitis and she did a lumbar tap on him to save him.  In the end, he is still unsure if she has been trying to kill him, but from what I recall, she ends up getting killed by a falling tree or something that fell on her.  So the movie ends with him never really sure if she was trying kill him off.  I want to say the actor was Orsen Wells, but I could not find such a film in IMDb or Wiki.  Thanks for help.

"My Cousin Rachel" (1952)
starring Richard Burton and Olivia de Havilland
IMDb synopsis:
When Philip Ashley's much-loved and wealthy Cousin Ambrose dies, he is convinced that Ambrose was murdered by his new wife, Rachel, to inherit his wealth. When he meets Rachel and falls in love with her, he knows that his suspicions must have been unfounded. Were they, or is Rachel just trying to use Philip to get at the estate Ambrose left to him instead of to her? Will she murder him next?
