Horror medical old tv series, about a hospital, abnormal patients

That horror series scared the hell out of me when I was a child - about a hospital where the patients were freaks; I vaguely remember one of the episodes - a baby was put in an incubator and his arm was growing with every single hour; by the end of the ep. his limbs were super long... I remember that the series were orange-ish, I mean it wasn't fully black-and-white, or in color like today's cinema, but with orange shades, someting like this

Was every episode about the hospital, and in black/white/orange? I have yet to run across the specific ep through google searches, so any more info you could provide would be of much help.
Yes, it was all about a hospital, I was a child and the series were aired in my country very late at night so I don't remember more specifics. The only ep. that I remember was with the baby in an incubator, whose arm grows so much that it protrudes from the round opening of the incubator. In the end of the ep. he was so grown and tall that when he was sitting, his head could almost reach the ceiling, and kind of looked like Frankenstein (the growth happens for a day maybe, not years). I can't explain exactly about the colors, but the orange shades has stucked in my head. Maybe it was originally a black/white movie and in recent times they've decided to color it a bit? It shurely was older than the '90s, maybe even older than the '80s.  I know the info is not  enough but I was a child...
Ok bud, did a little digging. Could it be the miniseries "The Kingdom" aka Riget?
Yes! That's it! Thanks, I can't believe it was made in 1994 :)
I am so glad it was. After searching for the only hospital horror I knew, Kingdom Hospital, I found it. KH was based on your show. Enjoy!
