60s or 70s Horror film - 300 years has passed and a nice caring woman has transformed into a witch

Really don´t remember much except this movie freaked me out. There was an horrible scene with the woman emerging with bugs from a vault.

This is the classic Italian horror movie "Black Sunday" - Anyone remember Barbara Steele, the Queen of Horror?

What scares me more is that nobody was able to answer this one correctly in nearly a year. Makes me feel Really old! Then again when I come across questions on here where "90's" films are called "old" you make me feel old...

"when I come across questions on here where "90's" films are called "old" you make me feel old..."  -  Same feeling here. I am nearing 40 and it is kinda depressing when today's generation refers to movies from the 90s as old...:)
Yes, indeed. "Black Sunday" aka "The mask of Satan". Thank you Captain.
