not well known cast

the movie is about a troubled couple who rent a house in the woods from a FRENCH OWNER to try and fix their relationship. the wife starts to get attracted to the owner. one scene in the movie the girl is actually fooling around with the french guy in front of her husband.

When/where did you see it? It is still an american film?
i downloaded the movie 3 or 4 years ago from a random website on my old laptop that was stolen. and i think it's an american movie. thanx
Was there any horror/sci-fi aspect to it? The cabin was in the u.s. too, but just owned by a frenchman?
the movie didn't have any sci-fi or horror maybe a little action at the end of the movie where i thing the husband or the french man gets killed.. i'm sorry i don't remember a lot of stuff.
and the cabin house was in an English speaking country the owner is just french
