Hurt Stranger saved by a mom and her daughter.

The movie starts with the meeting between this stranger that is hurt, and the mom with her daughter. This stranger is actually an ex world war participant. In time the stranger stays with the mom and her daughter, and they are starting to be very good friends. In the end, when the stranger and the mom falls in love, appears the father/husband, that comes from the world war. Anyway, the stranger finds out about this from a letter, a he goes away before the arrival of the husband/father.

Any ideas? I dont know if i remeber corectly, but i think its a Hallmark production.
