Name of movie: European girl in towel sees smoke, thinks house is on fire

I'm trying to find a movie that I know from only one scene:

A woman is showering and sees smoke in the window. Thinking the house is on fire, she rushes downstairs in a towel, only to find that the man in the house is cooking breakfast. He then points out that she's wearing the towel too high (oops!)

The movie is (I believe) German or something similar.
