Animation movie where a mouse is travelling around the world

I remember this mouse is travelling around the world, "around the world in 80 days" style. The villain is a cat. Don't remember much else.

Maybe this one?:
"Around the World with Willy Fog", a.k.a "La vuelta al mundo de Willy Fog" (1981)

It is on Youtube in several parts, Part 1:
Or maybe this one?:
"Around the World in 80 Days" (1988)
Or could this be
"Cat City", a.k.a "Macskafogó"?

Here, the main hero is a mouse, and the main bad guy is a gangster cat.

Full movie is on Youtube here (in original Hungarian):
Sadly, it's not any of these three.

An American Tail: Fievel Goes West
Could it be "An American Tail"?
No, it's not that one either.
An American Tail is one of my favorite animation movies, but it's not the one I'm looking for.

So, folks, my memory was playing a trick on me. I was actually mixing two movies together. The one I was after is called "Puss 'n Boots Travels Around the World" The mouse thing I probably got from The Great Mouse Detective, as both movies feature a climax on a clock tower.
