90's or early 2000's- Con job/framed - Protagonist is conned into opening Swiss Bank account, tries to prove they've been framed

I believe I saw this on either Sundance or IFC before 2007. There is a scene where the protagonist is talking to an investor who tells him about how great it is to have a Swiss Bank account to dodge taxes and such. They do a bit of business, the protagonist enters a code on a keypad. Shortly after, the protagonist realizes that he's been framed, and the account is a criminal account, and he has to chase down the investor guy.
