I think 90s Drama and (and Romance), but it could be newer or older, definitelly older than 2010

The movie is about woman who has mental difficulties. I'm not sure whether she has some kind of amnesia. But I know that she has speaking difficulties (and walking difficulties too, I guess). There is a man who spends time with her and I remember that he was teaching her the words. And it was good for a while. She talked a little (for example I remember that she said "Pizza!" when she saw it, but she couldn't say it properly). But in the end it was bad again, I think she again forgot to speak.
