Is it The Debt?
It has already been correctly answered above, the questioner selected the answer as Best Answer (see above), the movie is The Night of the Generals.
Thanks, I thought so but then I was sent an email stating that my answer of Child 44 was the best answer. Which it clearly is not. Thanks for the heads up.
