Movie where 2 high school age students spend a night together attending various parties and crash a car into a sign?

Okay I don't remember much of the film but its about 2 teens who spend a night together going to different parties, I can remember a few specific scenes. One scene they're driving a car and manage to crash in to a fast food restaurant sign, then they get out of the car and they're surounded by loads of teenages. Another scene near the beginning they are walking together and talking. One scene shows one of the teens mother who is a "hippie" type character. One more specific scene is they're at a party and one guy is playing the guitar to the main girl and the main guy sees her liking the guitar playing teen so he leaves the party, and the scene looks like its in a living room or something. The movie might be a disney/nickelodeon movie, but I'm not sure. Quite alot like the movie nick and norahs infinite playlist and I'm not sure but I think the movie might be set in halloween.

Any help would be great!

Were they in jail? And did they saw some deer or other animal in the woods? Did they left the car after the crush and walk on? I am asking this becouse I also once saw a movie like this and dont remember the title :)))

There's a scene that they crash the car into a restaurant. It's an excellent movie.

The lives of three young people - a rich student, a girl from the "wrong side of the tracks" and her boyfriend - unexpectedly intersect during one fateful summer in the romantic drama "Here on Earth." Kelley Morse (Chris Klein), who is cocky and brash, normally would never have crossed paths with the residents of a small town near his posh private school. But when he takes his shiny new Mercedes out for a drive, he locks horns with some of the locals, including Jasper (Josh Hartnett). As Jasper's willful girlfriend Samantha (Leelee Sobieski) looks on, Kelley and Jasper engage in a dangerous car race that turns disastrous, leaving a popular diner owned by Samantha's mother in ruins. Kelley and Jasper are sentenced to a creatively ironic but fitting punishment: They must help rebuild the diner. Not only does this ruin Kelley's summer plans, he also must board at the home of his rival, Jasper. Kelley begins to fulfill his "sentence," but refuses to have anything to do with Jasper and his parents. When Kelley again encounters Samantha, the attraction is immediate and strong. First love blossoms in the Berkshire woods ("a little bit of heaven, here on earth," Samantha calls the pastoral setting), angering Jasper, who has known Samantha practically his entire life. These new feelings and the romantic triangle that develops are only the beginning of a new journey for Kelley, Samantha and Jasper, as they ultimately make life-changing discoveries about themselves and each other.
