Family comedy

The only thing that I remember about this is that the husband at times imagines his wife as praying mantis, because she is pregnant and he is afraid of being a father. The couple will make friends with another couple who already have daughters and the wife is also pregnant and his husband is convinced that they are going to have son this time. However, they have another daughter and the first couple has a boy.
