Independent film about fundamentalist girl who moves in with coworkers

I saw this movie on Netflix a while back and it's about this girl being raised by Christian extremists really and her father let's her get a job and she ends up befriending her two coworkers and moving in with them while she discovers herself.

Thanks for the comment, and I did look on there because you linked it, but it's not really a religion or Christian film, which is what Netflix puts in that category. It's more of a drama about spirituality that has religion as an element.
