Western film- near the beginning girl shoots wooden cross at grave; lady cheats on husband in a store; possibly the 3rd movie in a series.

I watched the western around 10 years ago. I only slightly remember the beginning. The style and look of the movie had to be made in the 90's or early 2000's A lady is really upset and shoots at a cross on a grave. Then not much further in the movie a man walks into a store looking for his wife. He's told she's busy. Just behind the door where the husband is waiting she is cheating on him in some kind of clothes store.
