TV Movie Late 60's early 70's , a band with a female singer has a big hit, gets sued, manager disappears and reappears to save the day at the end.

The song may be about  "The more things change the more they stay the same"  They are sued by the townspeople of the band member who wrote the song because the lyrics are too personal.

That's the one!   Thank you,   now if only I can find a source to watch it
If that was the correct answer then please mark it Best Answer by clicking the star next to it.
I would love to do that but I can not find a star anywhere on the page to click on. Or is it the  "Flag"  I'm supposed to click on ?   What about that big "Plus Sign" ,  what does that do ?     How do I find this  "Star"  ?

So sorry about that. I forgot to put this as an official answer. The star should show now. It has been hectic at work and I forgot all about this question. Glad we helped. Enjoy.
