1970s Wild West comedy, bad guy is served a little boy's piss instead of beer

I saw this movie on TV in 1985 or so.

It's a comedy Western from maybe the 1960s or 1970s, a little boy (12 or younger) is behind the bar in a saloon and a bad guy orders a beer. The boy pisses in a glass (either to prank the guy or just because he needed to go) and the bad guy is served this glass and takes a sip.

I think there's a group of children who are the heroes in the movie.

Something in the vein of a Disney family movie, "The Apple Dumpling Gang" (1975) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072653/ looked like a promising candidate.

Early in the movie, ca. at 0:17:45: Guy throws a water canteen over to the younger guy, he urinates into it, then the drunk, blonde guy drinks the urine thinking it is tequila.

Nice find and coincidence, but no, it's something much more family friendly, the location is a saloon and the pissing boy is younger, before puberty.

Think of a Disney movie like "The Apple Dumpling Gang" (I've just looked into that and couldn't find such a scene)

At 2:40 the kid behind the counter serves the other kid. My Italian is non-existent, but to me it seems as if the lad was not satisfied with the "drink". He says something like "budella", maybe it means "it tastes like piss"? :)
