Girl fake cries in court during custody battle

I'm afraid I don't know much. I can only remember the last scene.

There is a girl in court, from what I remember she's about 13-14 and there is a custody battle for her. While she is being questioned she rubs something under her eyes to make herself seem like she's crying and then she gets to go outside with who I think was her father because she wanted to go with him and that's the end....
