Girl taking care of an old man

Hello,

I'm desperately looking for a film I came across a while ago. I think this is an independant American movie. All I can remember is that the story is about a girl (around 18-20) whose job is to take care of an old and senile man in his remote house. I guess the old man has Alzheimer and he is distant and mute, so the home helper girl gets bored. I remember that she is a bit distracted and constantly on her phone, doing selfies and talking to friends and not paying attention to the old man. I guess the film has a thriller vibe to it in the end...

Sorry about the lack of information but I hope you can help me find it !
