This sounds like the plot of a porn film - but I remember seeing this on TV many years ago. I’m not sure if it was a comedy (I don’t think so). There were three (I think) women who were unknowingly dating the same man. When they find out they plot together and hold the man captive. They decide to give him what he wants in a way which turns out to be a punishment - he becomes a wreck! If this was three men and a woman it would never have seen the light of day. Something about three women taking such revenge on a man made the film viable. At least at the time. Talking of time….I think it must have been 70s or 80s.
